Online Course System Requirements

Internet Connection
You will need a high-speed internet connection (at least 282k or faster) to enjoy Vern’s online courses.

Free Internet Explorer Browser
Due to pop-up blockers, our interactive course will not work with other browsers like Firefox, Netscape and Safari.

Free Media Player
To watch any of the online courses, you will need Windows Media Player. Click the icon below to download a free player or upgrade your current player (an older version may disrupt the viewing quality).

Free Adobe Reader
We highly recommend you upgrade your Adobe Reader to the latest version, which can read certain IRS website hyperlinks that older Adobe Reader (pre 7.0) versions cannot.

Printer
When you successfully pass a course, you will be directed to an online Certificate of Completion. Please make sure that your computer is attached to a working printer. You will only have one chance to print the Certificate of Completion. (If you have any difficulties printing, please contact Vern Hoven Tax Seminars during regular business hours.)

Note for Mac Users
We are sorry that, due to incompatibility between media players, you will not be able to watch Vern’s courses from a Macintosh computer.
